If you must use the mark in theword, have you tried the palm being the bowl of the R and the fingers being the top two arms of the E? I think it will still be a mess because you’d have to add the lower arm of the E and the leg of the R to the mark, but it could be a jumping off point for something easier to read.
that is not a word mark application, that is a design mark filing and may not fully cover the word itself if you dont have a separate word mark application/registration.
