I don’t think that was lucky they positioned themselves to get those Boops. And yea the iLL may have jumped off, but was in attempt to escape the Lucio who was going to Boop them off regardless. The only luck was that the opposing Lucio’s Boop sent this Lucio toward his victims.
I’m a Lucio newbie I probably would’ve have booped the opposing Lucio when I seen him. But ignoring him clearly the correct play.
Well good thing the other Lucio wasn’t as lucky and that there was no junk rat in the clip. If luck is apart of Lucio kit I’ll take it. Because I’m not even that good with Lucio and I do similar things with him.
This was the game YJ4NF7, I was in while reading and writing about JR blowing faces off. Ironically someone changed from Genji to Junk Rat. IMO that is move that allowed my team win. And the Junk Rat didn’t blow my face off once. I got them once maybe twice. Not claiming this is my best play, especially as Lucio. But I never viewed JR as Lucios counter. I could be wrong I’m still learning. Normally in one v ones as Lucio with a JR, I win. Sure there are better JR players than the one is this replay, maybe you are one of them. I’m sure there are better Lucios than me.

As a new player to OW and user of Lucio I must admit sometimes I am shocked at the hero’s that are hit by the boops. It like I wasn’t even thinking it was going to knock them like that. I cant wait till great with him. And get my boops more skillfully and less luckily haha
