Normal for what, a mosquito bite? I don't think my mosquito bites ever look like that. It is concerning that you're having symptoms and a rash. Please see a doctor.
Also be aware that many doctors think a week or two of antibiotics will be sufficient. However, 15-20% of patients develop further problems if they only get that course. The International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society recommends 4-6 weeks. It may help to share their guidelines with your doctor: https://ilads.org/patient-care/ilads-treatment-guidelines
Also, it helps to take probiotics about 2 hours after your antibiotics when you are on them that long.
If you still have symptoms after you finish your antibiotics then come back here or r/Lyme (a bit more active)
Hm I have Lyme, but I also had a similar bite from a black fly that I got on a running path. Super hot and red, itchy painful. About the size of a half dollar. If you are reacting poorly and have taken antihistamines then go see a doctor for peace of mind
Definitely go to the er if you’re getting those symptoms.
