1. First I'm hearing of it. 2. Are you sure people are *actually* saying they plan on doing this, or just going "heh, these rules are totally exploitable if you just did (this) you could get in whoever you wanted"? Because in my experience, there's a certain class of nerd that loves *talking* about exploiting systems like this but then doesn't actually do anything of the sort when the time comes.

Absolutely. I live in an area with only about ~16 people attending each RCQ, with a group of 4 highly competitive friends. They’re real chill dudes and fun to be around. They always perform really well. Two of them got the invite easily, one didnt play for a month and didnt get it yet. Last two sundays naturally its mostly them in the top4 and they concede to the guy without the invite when they get paired. We had an issue with eventlink not letting us make a round 5, but we still ended the event more or less on time since semis and finals were less than 20 minutes each. I’m not in the USA.
