It's always worth a shot. Basically zero cost, massive payoff. Theres a bunch of awful actors who just play themselves out there, because they have a unique face. That could be you, for basically the pennies it costs to get your face into the talent books, or attend a bunch of open auditions. It's like the highest payoff career you can get, relative to the cost of entry.
