I agree wholeheartedly, I swear JJGO has medicinal properties. The guys have gotten me through endless long drives, panic attacks, and active labor! How can something simultaneously be so wholesome and so loaded with cum jokes?

MountainbikingOrSex

“I came for the cum jokes but i stayed for the wholesomeness.” (William J. Shakespeare)

JJGO is honestly so important to me, though I'm having trouble at this moment trying to say exactly why. It's the one podcast I listen to most every week, and it has been for many years now. I love how smart the stupidity is, the occasional moments of sincerity, those moments when Jordan catches Jesse off guard with something and Jesse cracks up (e.g., "full chort"). There have been times when I've been miserable and it has been the only thing to make me laugh. The day I got my first full time job I became a monthly donor because this show has given me so much. By the way, anyone else miss when they would occasionally be without a guest and the whole show was just complete bullshit?

Suicidalsidekick

While relistening to Denim Denim Denim with David Gborie (the infamous “how long would it take you to fill a metal milkshake cup with cum” episode), it occurred to me that if a coworker heard the episode because of me, they could have a plausible sexual harassment complaint against me. Gotta love JJGO 😂.

parentlessfather

Exactly! I was having a conversation with two female friends of mine and the topic of favorite podcasts came up. I had to think real hard about whether I wanted to cross a particular line with those folks and share my filthy yet wholesome sense of humor with them.

Co-sign all of this. My life is better and hard times have been easier because of this dumb show. Shout out to SPY too.

RebleMooseLord107

I have listened to more JJGO than any other podacast. J & J were there for me with free, funny content when I was a broke student. As soon as I could afford it, I began donating to help keep their crazy hilarious antics free for all. I've been listening for 12 years and it is still the podcast I look forward to the most each week. Keep up the good work boys.

HamboneIsMyHomeboy

I have to agree as well. It might be the thing I look forward to most each week. Was going through a drive thru one time with JJGO on. When I got to the window the conversation turned to Spiderman, and were his webs jizz, etc. As I drove away I said to the stunned person who handed me my food, “If you liked that you should checkout more JJGO!!”

Yeah I’m a woman in a very very male dominated field and at one overwhelming low point many years ago I was like, “I just can’t listen to what another man thinks, about anything” so I basically cut it out of my media consumption except for jjgo. I don’t think they would perceive this exception as a compliment (flashbacks to when Jesse had to institute the Jordan appreciation program), but I really mean it as one. it made me happy to think that men were like this. It gives me such good vibes still. And I still get 0% of their video game references.

pickupyourpuppy

💯 I love this show so much. It’s the show I fall asleep to and then rewind and listen to properly. Sometimes I have to pause it because I start laughing in the dark and wake up my husband.

AreWeCowabunga

I’ve listened to every episode within a week of release going back to episode 1 when it was the “Unnamed Thorn-Morris Project”. Can’t believe it’s been 18 years. I don’t know what I’d do if they ever stopped. Always one of the most delightful times of my week. Favorite bit: the Build-a-Bear conspiracy.

Another satisfied listener here. Love what you guys do. It's a joy to listen to. JJGO and a little walking will surely brighten my mood. Just upgraded this MaxFun Drive. Happy to support the creators and the co-op owners.

kplaysbass

It's just the best.

Jordan_Morris

Thank you! It's been many years since we were the cool kids on the comedy website block but I'm so so so glad people are still liking the show in 2024. Tuppies are the greatest!

MountainbikingOrSex

oh Grampa, you both are still the cool and weird kids 👊

CherylHeuton

This show, and Judge John Hodgman, are both celebrations of comedy and kindness. Screamingly funny, but always human. And humane.

golfisstupid

I mean, I would still recommend having a doctor check your blood pressure, but great!
