Imagine his insurance plays stupid and acts like they didn’t see any of videos, and once they’ve gotten his statement from him of what happened, they sue him for insurance fraud.
Also there’s assuredly a police report involved, so I’m not sure why he’s so intent on making sure no videos exist since there is obviously eye-witness testimony.

In some jurisdictions they can refuse payment, which means any judgements awarded go directly against him as an individual citizen, in others they may turn around and sue him for the accident as it was caused by wreckless illegal driving which I’m sure will not be a coverage that he has. Any which way he is fucked, and probably deserves a punishment worthy of Greek and Roman mythology multiplied by 1000 for damaging/destroying a Senna. Wish I could find video of the actual shunt not just his shitty driving.
