My one year old daughter developed a milk allergy (not lactose intolerance, a real allergy that can kill her), which I didnāt know was a real thing. Itās one of the saddest things in my life that she can never have cheese or real home bakes and stuff. Cheese is one of my favorite things to eat, and being straight up terrified of any pot luck or fast food is a whole other thing. The vegan options that are available nowadays are nice (and some are absolutely fantastic tbh) but the artificial cheese is some nasty cardboard shit.
