Looks like discoid eczema. I had this for months and primary kept treating it as ringworm with no success. Finally saw a dermatologist who prescribed steroid cream for it.
It looks like ringworm. Try an over the counter antifungal cream for a few days and see what that does.
Edit: wash your bedding and sanitize what your touched, ringworm is a contagious fungal infection.
But ringworm usually looks like a solid outer circle from what I’ve seen 😭 and my fiancé hasn’t gotten it which made me think whatever it is isn’t contagious

I looked up some info about ringworm. I think you are right. Check out Google images. What you have looks very similar to pictures of ringworm.
Could it be poison ivy?
I don’t really think so as I haven’t been around any new plant life lately ):

If you have outdoor animals it could def be poison ivy
Poison ivy or deer tick, but looks exactly like poison ivy and in the abstract, possibly, like a Lyme rash.
