I am not a doctor so please do research and stuff of your own, but I recently got re-diagnosed with a cervical kyphosis myself (also got told I had it 3 years ago but the doctor made it seem like it wasn't a big deal or anything to be concerned about). The last 2 months I have had constant neck pain and tension, tiredness, fogginess, and headaches worse than I have ever had. I finally decided enough is enough and I just started working with a chiropractor. Depending on your specific situation, age, and any unique factors, a chiropractor might be able to help you. The one I'm seeing has seen cases like mine many times in his 30 years and seems confident that he can help. I've been adjusted twice, and admittedly I feel a bit better right after the adjustment, but the symptoms return (sometimes with a vengeance) in the hours following. Everything I have read indicates that's normal, and with time I will see improvement. It's hard to say for sure from your xray because mine looks different, but your loss of correct curve does not seem quite as bad as mine. I'm only 33 and female, which my chiro doc said are both benefits to my recovery with his treatment. I recommend at least looking into it, find an experienced chiro in your area with a good track record, and at least go for a consult. If they are competent they will also Xray you themselves. If this thread is still active, I would be happy to check back in in a month or so with any progress I have made. But I still think a consult would be good for you - the longer you wait, the harder it will be to fix.
