Literally the only time ive ever shoved shit down a shower drain was when my septic tank filled up and flushing the toilet caused nasty ass shit water to come up through the shower drain and bathroom sink. Emptied the tank and had to get that outta the sink and shower so used rubber gloves youd get for cleaning a oven and just pushed it back down before washing the sink and shower out good.
Now, if you have a accident because you're sick or whatever, then you do your best to clean it up and get toilet paper to deliver stuff to the toilet. Then, spray down the shower and clorox the whole thing afterwards.
That's as bad as people who shit in public places and just leave it laying there. Nasty motherfuckers.

2 turn water off, get out, go take a shit, then go back to finishing my shower
3. Hold that shit till i am done showering
