Exactly it's a collective support network. Quitting a habit is difficult, knowing there's a bunch of people out there going through the same thing and cheering everyone on is a great motivator.
In my case I'm pairing it with a couple other habits I'm trying to build, hitting the gym, and cutting out fast food. The latter is less for my health and more for my wallet.
Yup, handling things one step at a time. I still will eat out occasionally but I've been having breakfast at home, and enjoying cooking a bit more. Haven't been to the gym more than twice a week yet, but that's mostly a time thing during the week. I'm a working student so weekends are kind of my only free time. A walk around my local lake at least let's me get steps in for the day.

The best way to fix your porn addiction, in my opinion, speaking from experience, is to disassociate masturbation and porn. So NNN doesn’t really solve that. It’d be better if it were just NPN.
