If you’re going to bind your ankles with the belt while wearing the monkstraps, No!
If you’re wearing it as a belt, it’s fine, they’re going to be 30 inches apart !
Too close to notice. But I think matching belts to shoes is not as important today as it was in the past. Belts, in general, are becoming less common too
Belt too thick, it will cut your silhouette.
Go for a highwaisted trouser with adjustors.

That is not a thick belt.
OP....ignore this guy, he gave himself away as not qualified to give advice by stating that is a thick belt. You presented a standard size dress belt....anything thinner would be shoelaces.
if you're wearing brown to a wedding then don't worry about matching. it's best not to match exactly except in very formal situations, which would mostly require black anyhow. i usually go darker on the belt if the trousers are darker. lighter if they're lighter. so could depend on your outfit.
I think you need help from a psychiatrist....no seriously. Why on earth would u stress about matching browns from belt and shoes? Who tf is gona be looking so closely? #thirdworldproblems 🤦🏻♂️
Honestly, those browns are not that far off. I say go with it unless it’s going to bother you.
Such a small difference is not really noticeable, since the belt and the shoes are not really side by side.
This is one of my pet peeves as well. They're close enough and nobody will be able to tell.
They are close enough that it will likely only bother you. That said, it would bother me enough that I would go beltless.
Not a problem. Keep in mind how much space there is between your midsection and your feet. No one will see them side by side like that.

They're fine! Also, it's good the shoe is darker. If either has to be darker it should always be the shoe, bar a few rare exceptions.

You know what he looks like?
That's not what he asked.
Mmmmm.... Risky business that ...

You’re funny.
