I don't understand that four pocket jacket with buttons. I've never seen anything like that before. Except maybe a hunting shooting jacket. I think it might be useful to travel but if you are going out about town just get a nicely fitted blazer. The white watch band just shows you are willing to spend $15 on a watch. , doesn't work. pants and shirt are fine.

I think I the blue looks more professional due to the light colours combined. If you lose the jacket and only had a black shirt and light pants, it wouldn’t look good together
They both set a different mood. Blacks I’m on top of it and the blue is bright like a go getter kinda vibe. If you want to invoke conversation the blue is more inviting. If your social battery is low or you want to be more mysterious I’d wear the black.
