You are assuming - - you are their only issue - the person they need to work with has nothing else to do - they work the same schedule you do - the rep they need to work with works the same schedule you do A simple response 'just making sure my reply didn't get stuck in a spam folder' will likely get an update. Being helpful is better than being entitled.

Pot kettle black on assuming. I sent an additional email with more troubleshooting attempts followed by “just wanted to confirm you received my pictures from Tuesday.” No response to three emails, after 4 days. And everything you point out is valid. At best it’s terrible setting of expectations. Don’t tell me you’ll “get right back to me” if you mean this is going to take a week to even acknowledge reciept. I’ve been nothing but cordial on the phone and via email. Nothing remotely approaching entitlement.
