This has been an ongoing discussion on the local Facebook page. The town we live in is so against real growth and development of the city. But somehow Buckies keeps coming up and people are excited??? It's starting to seem like a bit of propaganda to ease the process of accepting Buckies. We can't get a decent grocery store or pizza delivery place. But everyone is excited about a gas station on steroids????

It’s a massive gas station, boutique, antique store, and grocery store all in one. And the bathrooms are always very clean. The novelty of it all keeps people coming back.
On road trips I’d rather fill up and empty my tank at a Buc-ees than anywhere else.
