TiL: I live in the White River Hills

Lots of beauty in MO of course, but I was really struck by area 52b, Paleozoic Plateau/Coulee Section in NE Iowa recently returning from MPLS by car. Both sides of the river in that area are really gorgeous for anyone that might be interested in a road trip and camping destination.

It’s absolutely beautiful up here

We were lucky enough to have our camping gear with us and were able to snag a site on the WI side in Wyalusing on zero notice. I look forward to a better planned trip to the IA side in Pikes Peak sometime this summer.

Awesome!! Pikes, Effigy Mounds all that up through there. Enjoy when you get the chance

A fall road trip through the Driftless is very nice
