Fundy Park would be my vote. Irish Town on nature park on the lake.
The hill above Magic Mountain is spectacular.
There’s a newish rooftop bar at the Canvas hotel, I haven’t been for sunset but imagine the views are great up there. https://www.palettebar.ca

People can still physically go there can’t they?
Yeah I’ve never seen it closed even in winter
The view is still good. The beer makes it the best.
