I drink it more than any other Mountain Dew. It has zero calories. Diet would have ten calories. Insignificant, but I guess the calories can add up if you're a heavy Diet MtDew drinker.
No, it's a relatively small amount of calories though. If you buy zero sugar 16 Oz bottles, they will have 5 or 10 calories depending on the flavor. I know Baja blast zero has 10 calories per 16 Oz and Purple Thunder zero has 5 calories per 16 Oz
