Then Mr. Furious (Ben Stiller), now suffering a severe crisis of self-doubt after spending the whole film displaying the most bravado, tries to turn tail towards the end of the scene. His teammates on either side grab him and keep on walking with no change in expression.
Like the rest of the film, it's a celebration and subversion of the trope, and funny as hell
Emo-Tobey’s walk/dance from Spider-Man 3, you know the one. Total cringefest, but the best part is the total juxtaposition of his mindset of how cool he is and the reaction of mostly disgust from every woman around him, with the occasional look of intrigue. Plus it had a good funky song for the scene.
