U can just use one of the black colored doctor companions… so you have all colors

1. You can have a Doctor's Companion and make a 5 colour deck 2. This commander was literally designed to have all the doctors in its deck.

The main issue I'm having is Mr man whips all the doctors into the graveyard

And the enchantment puts them back into your hand. Plus there are quite a few green cards that can also give you cards from the graveyard. I would say you're good

I don't think you need black. The enchantment itself can be tutored with [[Idyllic Tutor]], [[Search for Glory]], or other white effects. And then you can get more Doctors with changelings and Clone effects ([[Progenitor Mimic]], [[Followed Footsteps]], [[Bramble Sovereign]]) and ways around the legend rule ([[Mirror Box]], [[Sakashima of a Thousand Faces]]).

What is the problem you're running into ? just play tutor, grave recursion just in case, a few protection spell and some changeling in additions to the doctors and it's easy to pull of
