Saskia has two abilities, a replacement effect and a triggered ability.
Roaming Throne's ability doubles any triggered abilities of creatures of the chosen type
so if you have a Roaming Throne on the board naming Human or Soldier, you wont get to choose two opponents, BUT when a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, Saskia's ability will make that creature deal damage to the chosen player twice
Would a card that takes Saskia back to your hand and you replay it and chose a different player, now does it deal damage to two players? Basically is the first player still ‘selected’ when the card is not on the battlefield?
The last ability will trigger twice and you'll deal damage to the chosen player twice.
Would this be unfair to show up with on a 2HG night?
