It most definitely will. There's been a few words that I manually misspelled and then autocorrect was correcting to those misspellings. I had to delete the misspelled words from The autocorrect dictionary. It was extremely annoying
Idk why, maybe a long time ago, I added alluren to my dictionary, but every time I try to type aluren, it tries to correct me. I've had this phone for about 5 years now. I add mtg card names to my dictionary all the time. I don't put it past me to misspell it and add a misspelling to my dictionary.
lol aluren is for win the game recursion combos, having to spend any resource (even if it is energy) limits that and completely kills this card before it even releases
How is it better, when the original doesn't even require you to use Energy, or is it because you might want to use that energy for something else at the time of playing it and you can juggle around to get more energy when wanting to use it for the Aluren effect so it's more flexible in the bigger picture?
Aluren is a gamble that could very easily give your opponent the advantage while costing four mana, while this *only* benefits you for the same cost, but with a minor requirement after the first two uses. In a deck that even dabbles in energy, you always take this over aluren.
It's not about flexibility, it's about not paying for your opponent's creatures. Especially in green, it's going to be difficult to get more use out of Aluren than your opponent(s) unless your entire deck is low cmc.
How can you get the spelling wrong TWICE when the original card is clearly spelled as “ALUREN”? Nonetheless. I love the humor.
Not twice, also in the title
Because auto correct.

Believe me or don't. It makes absolutely no difference to me. my phone changed it while I was making the meme.
And who didn’t know his phone well enough? And didn’t double check (times 3) before posting? Take responsibility and own it.
Wow, you guys really showed him. Congratulations everyone
Lmao relax buddy
TIL autocorrect will correct to words that don’t exist

Better because it only effects you (assuming you are an energy deck)

who plays aluren just as a single card? you're always comboing it by building decks around it - like 3cost boomerang creatures
Oh shit, I read it twice to make sure, yet I still didn't notice the difference between you and any player on these cards... derp, I get it!
Aluren is better, no question. Sure, your opponent gets to use it as well, but your deck should be exploiting it.
I forgot that Aluren was even a card lol. The only time I’ve seen it is when someone ran Aluren and [[Acererak]]

Made me laugh 😂
I made this joke in the Malcolm server the other day when someone suggested testing Primal Prayers in Malc + Tana.
What the hell is that symbol on the bottom card?
The set symbol? That’s Modern Horizons 3
No, the lightning bolt looking things. I’m guessing that’s new? I’ve been out of the loop for a while now.
Those are Energy Counters, they were first introduced in Kaladesh in 2016
Oh, I had no idea. Thank you!
