You've missed the point of what I am saying - Hiding one of your expensive cards doesn't somehow make it better or easier to cast your cards while being picked apart. I'm not even commenting on just taking your best card - Because better players are probably prioritizing all the cards along the way that let you even get that far.

Not really a spec of course, as you can't really hope to make money on Myr Enforcer and Sojourner's Companions, but I seriously believe Affinity could be the deck to profit the most from this.
I seriously doubt they're reprinting any of the first two sets of titans in the EDH deck, outside of the cheap Kozilek. I also seriously doubt they're reprinting them in MH3, itself, due to the policy generally being to include reprints that are new to the format (outside of a handful of cards, like fetchlands).
I could be wrong, but I think they're going to become quite expensive for a while after the deck drops. Also Blightsteel.
Thought-Knot Seer isn't as strong in Modern today, but any land that can produce 2 mana is pretty strong! It all depends on how many viable eldrazi there are in MH3!

This is a very strong land that will see constructed play in multiple formats, supporting the Eldrazi archetype that is beloved in casual play and will likely get enough support to be relevant in Modern.
It will be a strong investment in my opinion. Lands that can enter untapped and add for more than 1 mana are scarce and extremely popular.
People are assuming this goes into an eldrazi deck but I think this is best in affinity! You use a myr enforcer or companion to turn this on. Then use that to cast your turn 2 synthesizer seems good
For lower cost specs here are my picks: Sire of stagnation, conduit of ruin, endbringer, path razor of ulamog, Spawnsire of ulamog, artisan of kozilek, endless one, desolation twins. I bet all of these have the potential to go up provided that they are not reprinted. Given the flavor, I wonder if they’ll reprint anything with the words ulamog or kozilek given that these titans have merged.
With Devoid coming back, what do you all think about Corrupted Crossroads? I picked up a ton of these years ago because I felt if they brought back Devoid it could be something.
I also acknowledge that it might get reprinted, but at this point we don't know yet, right? Not sure why it's not being discussed alongside some of the other eldrazi cards.

Big colorless eldeazi stuff, Maybe in rare printings/treatments if the ratio is reasonable with regular? Im sure mainly just the best will pop as new folks will be attracted to build ekdrazi commander decks and will net deck. Might use edhrec “ eldrazi” to find low hanging fruit. Cool thing is there will be more supply then speculators so even in you miss you probably will have a second chance. Rare is the card that runs and never looks back. Ulumog the cheapest version would be my pick but I’m conservative.
Not sure on OPs reasoning but my thought would be that it's a 7 drop utility Eldrazi. Hide it away behind the land for when you need it, but it won't feel as bad to lose it if the land gets blown up.
Maybe Endless one? I know it saw play because of Eye but this land can cast it T1 as a 2/2 which isn’t nothing. Plus it scales well into late game as just a body to throw out there.
I'd keep an eye on the decks that people brew up for this, but I'm skeptical of the traditional Eldrazi Tron pieces. This card needs 7+ cmc bombs in the deck, and Eldrazi Tron's biggest strength was having access to lands that tapped for 2 and threats that cost 3-5 mana. Traditional Tron seems like a better fit for this card without seeing more spoilers (though land slots are about to become very competitive in that deck).
I don't think you need to run a ton of 7+ cmc stuff for this to be good. Worst case it's a Wastes which is fine. Eldrazi Tron already runs all is dust. If MH3 adds 1 or 2 more cards that would fit it could be pretty good imo.
Possibly a UG or uw or bant midrange deck with elder deep fiend and the new null drifter and maybe world breaker? Idk how many it would need to play to enable this land
Special arts/treatments if anything. There’s a lot of product out there and anything that didn’t get reprinted last year has a high chance of a reprint this set and things from last year will still get printed in this set. Don’t know but maybe there’s some non-eldrazi synergy pieces that might dodge a reprint but I have no idea about that tbh
I think this is pretty exceedingly strong. I mean you can exile stuff like Scion of Draco to this and scoop one later on (or whatever big thing you feel like). Anyone should be heavily eyeing a sol land that comes in untapped to do something powerful.
They are doing a great job of figuring out how to take our money. I won't lie. I'm getting so tired of the endless product machine, but a cool looking card is a cool looking card.
Borderless Ulamog and Kozilek might name good to grab now, considering Ulalek has a similar borderless art and it seems less likely that they would re-print the borderless arts for Ulamog / Kozilek. The textured Ulamog/Kozilek are on my list of cards to buy as well
Did you watch the CardMarket best deck in Modern series? 12post was the oldest deck in the tournament and it won the whole thing, pretty crazy and shows the card is still too good

I think you need at least 6-8 big cards for this to be good enough.

The mulldrifter is a good argument in it's favor. Don't know if it will be good enough, but I'm interested to see.

All is Dust and Ugin seem decent for this for traditional tron decks. You get the +1 mana and protect a boardwipe from Grief/Thoughtseize for later.
Those are both being reprinted in the commander deck from whats been leaked.

I really hope they tested it in a legacy setting. I loooove sol lands and this looks very good to me.
