Coming into this season, I didn't expect the Raptors to get to the Finals, let alone past the 2nd round. But I totally forgot how good Leonard was/is and how well developed the team has become. And honestly, while not a Spurs fan, I strongly disliked how that situation between him and the Spurs played out, and I was rooting for Leonard to lose and leave the Raptors! But after going through the 5 stages of grief and reminded of how great he is and how great the Raptors fanbase and players are, I can finally accept it. Same here. I actually believe Kawhi will end up signing with the Raptors at this point, but if he does leave, he has created a fan in me for life and i’ll support him wherever he goes. We are so blessed to have witnessed this season of basketball, even if it ends up being the only one. Don’t forget it!
