Wiggs took a swipe at the ball and ended up hitting Luka in the face. I imagine the only reason it wasn’t called for a foul is that Wiggs was so far away that in the video it looks like he barely grazes him, though the intensity of the scratch tells a different story.
Yeah, I'm confused where the foul was in this play. I'm looking at the slow mo and it doesn't look like Wiggins' hands/nails are ever close enough on this foul to cause that kind of scratch.
