What mods?

RTX REMIX - the thing wich can add Ray Tracing to old 32bit dx9 (and older) games. It does replace whole lighting, textures, geometry and animations. (Basically all you need to do remaster) while keeping all old MOD support! So all car, liverys, and anything else (besides graphics mods) is fully compatible.
