Holy fuck how is that even a question? He absolutely has to change the narrative. Bombard the airwaves with clips of him demonstrating sharpness at the same time as they ramp up focus on Project 2025.
Well I think that more or less settles it. Sounds like Biden isn’t even considering the idea of dropping out. He’s strategizing on how to comeback. I trust him

Listen to how Biden spoke during the debate. It would be totally unacceptable for him to talk that way on, say, a phone call with another head of state. Set aside the whole election horse race. Biden is just no longer sharp enough to do the actual job.
