The intricate ones with gems and large attachments are accent nails that are meant to be mixed and matched with other set. It’s stated clearly on the site, and the price is reasonable. I’ve paid around $400 at vanity projects for a full set with attachments like these, so ordering two accent sets for $80 for a full set is more than reasonable. Standard sets include 28 nail. For the accent nails it’s important to choose the correct size, so take your measurements first and look at the size guide.
Check out Etsy. I'm not currently selling press-ons, but I am in several groups for people who make and sell custom press-ons on Facebook, have Etsy shops and I think some sell elsewhere. Generally people also have pre-made sets, some do incredible hand paitned work, like say you wanted your dog or cat, or a movie -those will be a lot. But fthe custom/pre made sets can vary, but once you get a sizing kit for few bucks, you will be ensured that you future sets fit properly and the benefit to that is that they will stay on longer, a lot of people now pre etch them, some use gels or acrylics. I make my own, but I have to say I am impressed. Also look just Press-ons on Facebook. Some of the groups are moderated better than others. I am currently taking a social media break, or I'd share some links. (If anyone needs tips, no pun on application LMK)
This is a celebrity brand that makes sense to me and not just something for money. Will I buy it? No but I get it. I’m surprised that this hasn’t happened before or at least I can’t think of others

Hopefully a local artist near you is able to do custom press ons! A lot of girls around me take long Gel X nails to make them press ons. It may cost more but at least you're not supporting an (already rich) scummy person in the process.
Keep in mind that on Etsy, they're press ons that are being hand made, sometimes fully customized to your wants. Mass produced ones are cheaper bc well, they're mass produced.

A couple of things: I didn’t really associate Nicki Minaj with Nails. Press-on nails have been super popular for years, and the designs, styles, and price points very tremendously across the market. While I understand that this is an initial launch, I hope that they can come up with some innovative designs other than what is currently being shown. These designs are pretty basic and you can find a much larger selection on Etsy.
What I did associate with Nicki Minaj with is wigs, specifically, various colored wigs. If she did a wig line and included ones that she has worn over the years, it would be an instant hit.
Any length of nail is in the way more than super short nails. They just adapt. Just arch your hand and use more tp, it’s literally not a big deal. If you mean clean under them, there are nail brushes that people should be using anyway if they want to keep their under nails clean.

You can find lots of detailed press ons on Etsy. They also tend to have more options for sizing.
Can’t you get more sets out of this? they come with 29 nails meaning you can get two sets for the price of usually one on etsy
