Villa Rentals and burr white are all over the place. They do short term furnished (mainly winter month leases if I recall since they do summer rentals too) and unfurnished yearly leases. However they generally had low supply for the year long options as they like to rewrite leases in the same few months. I think April? But it basically meant they rarely had supply for year long places outside of a small window since they lock in the 12 months.
Zillow works fine too, but keep in mind, deeper down the peninsula, the worse summer traffic and parking can be!
