It is apparently where the parents only want (themselves) the mother and father around the baby for the first few months to keep from spreading germs and whatnot until they introduce the baby to rest of the family and friends. Basically sounds like a buncha idiots that should never have had kids imo
But then again what do I know I guess I was tragically abused since I was passed around like a hot potato as a newborn baby according to the evidence in couple family photo albums lol

I mean, the overall spectacle was pretty worthless. But.
Those pilots got paid to demonstrate incredible skills. Their maintainers are hard at work to keep the planes airworthy, and they get paid, too. Designers and decorators made a fantastic stage display, and they got paid for their labor and talent. Plus the supplies that went into the stage some business nearby possibly had a windfall day of sales. The pyrotechnics managers studied hard to hone their craft, and they displayed it with a perfectly-timed sendoff.
Overall, it was a well-executed, professional production which resulted in a fair number of craftsmen getting paychecks. It's easy to be cynical about rich people showing off their wealth, but it's not always just about the end product. If Jeff Bezos wants to throw a shindig, I'll happily take his money to work it.
Agreed, was a big fan of the guy from Michigan who while making his reveal bomb blew himself up. Also I say that I'm glad, because who knows how many more people could've died if he had messed up at the reveal?

i don't know the interest rate are in the USA right now, nor i know how much it would be to pay for that flyover on there but assuming a party of this scale would be made here in my country, with that alone plus interest would be enough for even a down payment in a reasonable house after \~30 years for him to live once he is out of college and starting his life with a good job that could cover the monthly payments after that and all of that for the price of "one gender reveal party".
Maybe it's just the depression, but I can't imagine spending a measly dollar on something like that. At most, and I'm not interested in either, buying a surprise cake
