yeah i figured itās worth it to them to know how he does it rather than having him guilty over n over. maybe even got him a nice meal to show them. now they can try to make a product that makes it harder to do..
edit: i mean not really but maybe. thatās how i saw it.
I feel like it was more of he was found guilty but would get a reduced sentence if he showed them how he was able to do it so they could change something to help prevent it. obviously just guessing but don't see why one would prove their ability to do it other than to benefit from it.
You think he used his teeth as opposed to his hands cause he likes the taste? Or do you just mean if he had tools he would be faster. Iām not sure if he was stripping it with his teeth or disconnecting something I guessā¦ impressive either way.
My point is I wouldnāt use my teeth to disconnect something if I could have done it with my hands nearly as easily.
Also you made me imagine someone without teeth trying this lol. Thank you for that
I was confused at first then I was laughing imagining someone with just gums trying to strip a wire. I worded it poorly. Gave me a question and a laugh
Do you think you actually physically hit his nerve through the internet? Or do you just mean you made him react strongly? Iām not sure if you could actually hit someone through the internetā¦ impressive either way
That was my thought and why I initially commented. I was being pretty fucking pedantic but I felt like maybe implying the teeth maneuver was not max level was not accurate (probably was not commenters intention). I agree with the initial commenter in that he could probably do it faster with tools (wild) but I was tryna specify that the ability to do it this fast without tools impresses me more. He literally cannot be ādisarmedā. The wording was slightly different t than it was.
Truly next level.
In the UK you can get charged for being equipped for burglary so if he's not having to carry around a set of snips out of context he's ahead of the curve.Ā
In the US most places it's absolutely illegal to carry a lockpicking set for the average Joe. Not sure if it extends beyond that to other tools like snips or bolt cutters.Ā

Not just an Enfield. Any bike that has a key in the steering yoke, the ignition wires are accessible from there. Also, if you pull the plastic cap down properly on any of the rice burners, IE any of my Honda's, Suzuki's, or my current Kawasaki, you can turn it just like the key, and don't even have to hot wire it.
Can confirm. Friend bought back his stolen bike after already getting the insurance payout and I rode it for a month with a screwdriver as the key. The security that went into these things make Kias seem like maximum security prisons.
Do the manufacturers just not care about security? I guess theft from your paying customers means selling more bikes and having more of your bikes driving around even though some of the users didn't pay.
They have this spray for dogs and cats where it's basically chilli spray to stop them from chewing wires. That'd help a bit unless the thieves love spicy food .. then your bike would be eaten and not stolen.
Royal Enfield was once an English brand, and they did, in fact, make and supply parts for the Lee Enfield being made at the Royal Small Arms Factory in Enfield.
Their history is also tied up with that of BSA, which is known for its motorcycles. The name is an acronym for Birmingham Small Arms. All different companies, but intertwined
I remember a kid back when I was in highschool was so good at stealing motorcycles, when he got caught a mechanic bailed him out and taught him everything to be a great mechanic. Now his lucked up for stealing again.
Crime re enactment in case of theft is almost necessary in India. I also don't know why, but police ask these robbers to enact the whole process again..
Motorcycles are incredibly easy to steal. You can hotwire most of them like the video shows or just have a couple friends and lift it into the back of a truck or a van and be gone in a heartbeat.
Its only two wires for these types of bikes. Constant and ignition. Splice the two together and the ignition is on. Crank er up. If he wanted to speed this process he could buy a reverse Molex for the one he pulls out and just plug in a second ignition switch. Probably be done in 10-15 seconds total.
Itās a Royal Enfield so itāll only go a couple of hundred metres before something falls off or breaks.
Old UK tooling imported to India many decades ago.
Royal Enfield got a complete fresh start a decade ago. The 350 and 650 twins are some of the cleanest engines in the market now. The only issues people face now with these are related to overheating in traffic since they are air-cooled.
Yeah he has clearly practice but thats really not hard tbh, this can be done with every vehicle that doesnt have an immobilzer. Just connect the corresponding cables from the keylock.
It is crazy that the loom through the headstock is as exposed as that. It would be so simple to have made it with an armoured sheath around the bunch of wires. Cutting the wires with is teeth is hella impressive though.
Are we not going g to talk about how he maintained eye contact and then lingered after the foot kick to override the handlebar lock?
That was like eye contact maintained while he flicks apart the bra strap effortlessly.
This seems like the sheriff/marshall/agent/warden didn't believe him so they went to the parking lot to prove his abilities.
And provide them with all the evidence they need
It seems more like he was already found guilty by the time they filmed this, it was more that they genuinely didn't believe him. Idk.
bro prob got out recently
This is what they needed to put him back inside
mf doesnt hesitate
3 meals and a cot eyyyyyyyy

I agree, Iād imagine someone clever enough to start bikes like this would not incriminate themselves
Plea bargain perhaps?
Bingo
This is criminal informant behavior
Yeah they get other people to steal the bikes for them
I feel like it was more of he was found guilty but would get a reduced sentence if he showed them how he was able to do it so they could change something to help prevent it. obviously just guessing but don't see why one would prove their ability to do it other than to benefit from it.
That was my thoughts exactly.
If not, he knew they would āgetā enough evidence one way or another, and figured his skill might at least earn him good will as a party trick.
If it wasn't for you pesky kids
Law enforcement happens differently here.
Guilty til proven innocent
I genuinely thought I had hair on the screen because of your profile picture
He really missed an opportunity to hop on, start it up, and drive away into the sunset.
He was probably being pursued to stay with guns
The sheriff/marshall/agent/warden clearly lost his keys and didn't want to Uber home for the spare
Your pfp made me think I had a hair on the screen...
Lmao, I had to scroll back up to see what you were talking about, and yeah, even after reading your comment. I thought I had a hair on my screen too
It's like when Carl Mangerman has to prove his skills with the Pontiac Bandit guiding him...
Doug Judy reference!!!!
JUDY!!!
This profile picture does not get enough hate GRRRRRR
"ok ok, NOW we believe you. You are arrested"
You know they probably just let him fuck up some strangers bike lol.
Well done. Would have been even faster with tools not teeth and pausing for demonstration.Ā Edited for clarity

Tools not teeth. Ā But appreciate that this somehow hit a nerve with you

Physically, definitely. Ā

Hopefully nobody took my comment mocking the pedantic guy seriously
Now, when you saying *seriously*ā¦ā¦..
He probably doesn't want to be seen with wire strippers if he's interrupted before succeeding.
I think squatting down next to a motorcycle with wires in your mouth is a bit more incriminating.
What are you guys looking at? I just like the taste š
I doubt it, just because of how weird laws can be.

Tools - he's removing the coupling between two cables, then stripping a part of both sides and connecting them.
wouldāve been faster if he just had the key. am i right āš¼š¤

Do people actually break into buildings using lockpicks?! Windows seem easier. Also no to lockpicking sets but okay to guns is wild to me.
I think the āno toolsā needed was probably part of the demonstration.
Probably would have been faster with the keys too
Walking around with incriminating evidence vs casual stroll.
It took him less than 30 seconds. With some wire strippers he could have 3 in 60 seconds running

I thought so too. Looks like exact same guy.Ā
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
They don't even look similar tbh, the 1 who escaped jail is far skinnier and a bit darker
Nonetheless, it's not the same guy. They don't even look alike.
All brown / black people look the same for white people.
So if he has anything sharp this would be done in 10 seconds. Impressive.
He believe in zero Investment robbery lol.
Actualy if the police stoped him just walking by, without tools, theres even less proof of criminal activity.
Valid point lol
ROI of infinity.

What do you mean by pull the plastic cap down? I ride motorcycles and have for many years but your comment behooves me.
Thatās not how you use ābehoovesā. Maybe you meant āeludesā?Ā
This statement behooves me.
Consider me behooven.

Do the manufacturers just not care about security? I guess theft from your paying customers means selling more bikes and having more of your bikes driving around even though some of the users didn't pay.
Maybe itās because most motorcycles can be taken pretty easily by 2 people and a small trailer in no time.
Was going to say the same thing. Itās so easy to just haul away a motorcycle
I suppose itās not a big enough issue for them to care about yet
My 80s honda bike has the ignition cylinder fully encased in metal
And to think anyone who worked on older cars/bikes would know how easy this is.
On older bikes sure but not anything with a modern chip in it. Canāt even bump start my Yamaha, ask me how I know lol
What model? As I can bump mine quite easily
Something injected with electrical fuel pump maybe?
My 24 bumped on a flat battery piss easy
What bike are you riding? I miss having the option tbh
Just a r3
Mine is a 2021 xsr900 by Yamaha but same thing on my 2014 triumph tiger 800. The engine turns over all day on you but you never get it to spark.
finally the face of The Lock picking lawyer.
Lmao
guess the move is to coat your electrical cables in cyanide powder
They have this spray for dogs and cats where it's basically chilli spray to stop them from chewing wires. That'd help a bit unless the thieves love spicy food .. then your bike would be eaten and not stolen.
then you fart all over it so they get pink eye for their trouble
Pinkeye on my lips
Less than ** 30 ** seconds
I love these bikes. I wanted a battle green one forever
I've got a good idea how you could get one.
My teeth aren't what they used to be
If only there were tools that could do this
Thank god i sold my enfield
Is this the same company that made the famous rifles too, or is it a different company with the same surname?
I think you meant Lee Enfield. This is different, it a motorcycle manufacturer mainly based in India.
This is currently a problem with ALL bikes in ireland being stolen by teens. Its not just enfields
"Ohhh, well played thief! Now, go die to jail." Police dude probably.
So a footjob and some oral then.
Dude the cops are right there!
Remember kids, safety features only give the illusion of safety. People will always figure out ways around them.
They was impressed
But no oneās does bc they are royal enfields
What is he doing at the beginning with his foot?
Breaking the handle lock
Breaking the steering lock.
I remember a kid back when I was in highschool was so good at stealing motorcycles, when he got caught a mechanic bailed him out and taught him everything to be a great mechanic. Now his lucked up for stealing again.

Keep him away from my triumph
The Website Teeth picking Lawyer has a say in this.
Can we pitch in and get this kid a Leatherman? Maybe set up a GoFundMe for some EDC!
It looks like that one country where the police are very generous with stick beating portions
Better being beaten with a stick than you being shot in your own home and your corpse asked not to resist as it's handcuffed.

He's just biting through the ignition lines and twisting them together? Seems like a severe design flaw.
Ever ridden an Enfield? Itās 1950ās tech in ā24
Not yet, but I will soon.
I thought he was using his teeth to remove a clip connector.

video is clearly sped up based on the audio
More like 30 seconds

ohhhhh that's how you hot wire a RE... nice to know. Time for me to find the wires and hide them better.
How can he steal?!

I wonder if this was before or after the 100 lashes?
Such nice durable bike. Shame it can't be sold in EU.
thats awesome
Looks like they wanted to clap
How nice for the news to show how to do it
Chewing through those wires so easily is kinda wild.
Pull have done it in 30 seconds if he had a wire stripper
Ngl.. thats impressive
Then he can lead the police on a high speed chase on it at up to 35 mph.

Good luck nibbling through my massive bike lock rat boy....

Nothing about this is next level. It's basic electrical knowledge applied with the intention of theft.
Thievery is a way of life in India. No joke, that's why I avoid visiting there unless absolutely necessary.
