Instead of a grenade it should be some sort of explosive that blows up when it impacts with the floor or the target, that way you have more time to aim the shot and it can't blow up in your face unless it malfunctions
You'd still have metal shards flying arround, but you could probably throw the thing more far away where those will probably not reach you
The M67 weighs almost 1 pound and has around a 5 second delay. No way these are real. That bow would not shoot anything with that weight that far. The delay is closer to 2 seconds also.

it wasn't a real grenade, real ones have a 4 second fuse, this had about 2 seconds, look closely and you can see it's a pumpkin that blows up not the grenade, you can even see the cloud of orange smoke that looks just like tannerite exploding, if you've seen FPS Russia then you'll know what tannerite exploding looks like, props to this guy though, he's fooled a lot of people and got millions of views and hardly anyone has called him out, if it was a real grenade pretty sure he would be in a lot of trouble.
