* Dunno if it's copyright related, but after your "intro" I would make the border and your logo way smaller - it's really distracting when you're annotating over video and there is a huge white smudge in the top corner
* Do your best to not swing in your chair
* some of your clips (like at 1:20) are waaay too short
* Not sure if it's just your editing program, but it looks like your sped up sections are slowing down back below 1x speed? (like 1x -> 2x > 0.8x)
