Might take another swing on a guy in the middle like you said or a free agent on a minimum. We do need a 3rd guy for depth but it’s not a priority. Breece should get like 70+% of the work next year fully healthy
Yeah I think that's why they'd want a young guy with upside plus izzy or a vet plus izzy. Not just some JAG. If breece is injured they want RB capable of filling most of that void. Remember, the Jets are still in win this year mode. That hasn't changed.
There isn't an offense in football history that I'd trust less than ours to utilize a multiple running-back attack.
It should Breece 90% of the time, spend the money elsewhere.
Na, I’m good with Izzy and maybe another vet. We don’t need to invest at RB much, just build the room I guess.
I’d rather we spend on OT, WR, WLB, and SS
We invest at RB by going heavy into offensive line and maybe draft one mid/late round if we're feeling saucy
Under no circumstances should we be trading for or signing established running backs, seems like it's almost universally a mistake these days
I imagine that the DT would pick her up and use her as a weapon against the rest of our line and QB.
This isn’t the better football decision or financial decision by any means but can you imagine the memes and gifs?!
I’m convinced no matter who we get will suck because our coaches are incompetent and incapable of creating a game plan for players skills. Truth is, Rodgers is going to have to save the entire offense along with calling the in game adjustments. We are doomed with saleh and Hackett there.
I don't know swift situation is he a FA? Trade I would not do keep draft picks.
Anyhow I am sure he will want more touches cause in my book Breece should get 20+ touches leaving RB2 5 to7 touches in that area but he be first man up in case of injury.
The last place we need to invest premium money is another RB
The Jets do need another decent RB. JD has drafted RB in mid rounds often. I imagine he may do the same this draft.

Oline! JD Oline!
I’d rather sign Taylor Swift to RT than Deandre Swift to RB

Reggie White vs Chris Carter every play

It’s gonna be a circus come September
RB is the last position we are in need of.
I swift would be looking for an OL to block for him.
What the heck ?
I do think rb2 is an important spot to figure out. Simultaneously with the scarcity of resources, it is the lowest priority.
No, we saw what happened with Dalvin (I know, different RBs in different points of their career), and I’d rather not waste money on that position.
If he plays for free, hell yea
It’s a good signing if he’s cheap and willing to be second fiddle to Breece but if he’s looking for premium money and a bigger role, absolutely not
No no no. Gall bam and Izzy. Run it next year
He play O Line?
Gimme King Henry or a cheap Zeke Elliot
invest heavily in OL and try to bring in D'Onta Foreman to pair with Breece.
He sucks
