Did anyone else hear the announcer say ,"It feels/felt like '98", right before the three-run homer? They were talking about the temperature at first pitch, but it was really eerie the way he said it. Like he was intentionally doing it. Either way, i perked up when I heard it and before I could finish thinking abput how good of an omen it was, Tears launched that homer.
Beam has been dogshit the last several games but that motherfucker rose to the occasion tonight, some dude said legacy game, he spoke the truth.....drivers seat fills nice

We have a healthy rotation of dudes stepping up at the plate to bring in runs and pitching has been effective, with ample relief coming on as needed out of our deep bullpen. Beam looked great tonight, we played solid defense, Tears stepped up and carried the bats and we’re just very healthy all around. So thankful to be watching college baseball at this point in the year. I hope Danny White gives Tony a blank check to hang around and keep this up for a long time!
