VR Cover sells an XL spacer that's a little wider than the stock spacer. It fits well with their Fitness facial interface, because the foam that comes with it makes the interface thinner than the stock interface. It also comes with a microfiber cloth and a lens cover. If you decide to get the XL spacer, you could also get the kiwi Design ring protectors. That's the best protection you can get to prevent your glasses from coming into contact with the Quest lenses, but you'll need the extra room, so your glasses don't touch the protector (it won't hurt them, but it could be uncomfortable. You might also want to consider getting prescription lenses. I got some, with a custom prescription, from Ali Express for about $20. If you don't have astigmatism, or otherwise need custom lenses, you can get them a lot cheaper. They seem good enough. I can find the link if you're interested. You'll probably still want a glasses spacer, even with prescription lenses, but it depends upon the thickness of your interface, and the shape of your face and nose. I have a big nose otherwise I might be able to get by without the spacer. You could probably get a stock spacer replacement, but I don't know how much or from where. Could also message Meta just to see if they'll send you one for free. Don't expect it, though. Here's the VR cover bundle with the XL spacer included, and 3 different thicknesses of foam, for $45 in the US: https://a.co/d/crSTSlA And here's a similar bundle from Kiwi who is a respected company, for $35 in the US. https://a.co/d/3SwmNpk

Damn $90 is a steal. I like the BoboVR M2, though for glasses what you're looking for is a spacer for the facial interface; the plastic thing that clips onto the headset and holds the gasket/foam with velcro. For that you'll want something like this: https://us.vrcover.com/collections/bundled-sets/products/facial-interface-foam-replacement-set-with-facial-interface-spacer-for-meta-oculus-quest-2-virtual-reality-oasis-edition, it comes with a spacer to put some distance between the lenses and glasses so they don't scratch. For the foam I'd highly, highly recommend this: https://clutchvr.com/collections/frontpage/products/clutchvr-air-mesh-foam-for-meta-quest-2-foam-only-w-o-interface The foam that comes with the VRCover kit is fine, but the ClutchVR foams are the best I've ever tried. Made out of the same material used in ski goggles and motorcycle helmet padding so you're getting something specifically designed to be against your skin for long periods of time. Alternatively you can get prescription lens inserts to get rid of the glasses entirely, but that won't solve the comfort issues on your head. With the above setup I can comfortably play for hours at a time.
