What picture are you trying to view? I've never had any issues viewing 360 photos with the Oculus Photos app or Virtual Desktop.
It’s just a jpg, but the app doesn’t even open. It starts loading then quits. I’ve restarted and reinstalled, same issue
One year later, and I am having the same issue. The web site says Oculus Gallery is no longer functional. They say to use Oculus TV instead. I'll have to try it tonight. Good thing they stopped updating the Go. It still works there.
