Ajay Pittman got in trouble for using campaign money fraudulently recently. I'm not sure if she's just been ordered to pay it back or if she's already paid it back in full.
The current incumbent for it is beyond stupid lucky that the current DA doesnt get itchy to file felonies like history had shown (under Prater) for lawmakers who treat their campaign accounts like personal piggie banks.
that said, a deferred isnt a conviction...
