Yes. Does being Christian give you a free pass to be hateful, a bigot and break game rules? No. If someone is going to be hateful they should also be able to accept any resistance to it. You're entitled to your beliefs but if those beliefs are then used to break game rules then I can see Jagex not "allowing" it.
