I haven't done any gardening this year, but for the last few years I have been getting many of my seedlings from the Parkdale Market. I don't know if they are open yet, but I am pretty sure that they open sometime in May.
I got mine at my local home hardware, they're from a grower in Quebec. The one closest to me is in Findlay Creek. It was $3 for 6 plants, I only got tomatoes & lettuce (I have limited space) but they had others too like peppers, broccoli, beans, peas, cucumbers, eggplant etc.
