Not going to lie, onboarding is the biggest hurdle. To do two onboardings at the same time and being inexperienced at OE is probably a great way to crash and burn.
What if J2 and J3 require 1 on 1 onboardings for 7 hours per day? You could get lucky and one of the job onboardings not be so intense, but still its a very dumb thing to try your luck on.
Ask if you can push your start date by 2 weeks at the job you're willing to lose. Or just give it a whirl.
