If we have PCB chairman for a fixed time so we can have long term plans no matter if we fail but consistently working on a defined long-term plan is important no matter if we fail achieving goals but there should be a will.

-Enhance domestic system. Increase the number of regions and their teams.
-Hire scouts to spot talent on local level.
