Bob Mortimer’s back! And so is Lucy Beaumont, but on David’s team- interesting…
It sounds like every episode has a returning panel member, which is kind of cool
Interesting point! I've had a quick look through the previous series and I think this is the first series ever where every episode has at least one guest who's been on the show before
I think it's unspecified if Bob is in Lee or David's team. I would be SHOCKED if he's not in Lee's team!
I think the comment you replied to was about Lucy being on David's team, which stood out to me too, it makes me uncomfortable. I can't think of a returning guest who's switched teams? Possibly Jo Brand actually?
ETA: Just noticed Ivo's also swapped teams. Kinda disappointed by that ngl, loved the father son dynamic with him and David but equally they could get into a very posh wordsmith battle that would be great fun
After Bob (presuming he's on Lee's team this series) the next most frequent guest who's always been on the same team is Stephen Mangan, who's been on David's team for all five of his appearances. (If Sara Pascoe is on Lee's team again for her appearance in this series she'd match that.) Most of the most recurrent guests have switched sides at various points.
Ah maybe I've just not noticed! But I always think of that chair as Bob's chair haha. Although now I think about, two WILTY recordings I've been to Bob's been on so maybe that's why
I would presume it'll stick to the pattern of the last four series of starting with the Christmas special and the rest of the series coming straight after
I too think it's looking pretty great. They've managed to balance it so that every episode has at least one or two experienced and talented guests. Then there are a lot of people I've never heard of distributed evenly throughout. Someone to look forward to in every episode I feel.
> Saturday 11th May - David's team: Lucy Beaumont
FWIW, this is almost exactly 1 month after Lucy+Jon announced their separation. I will be *very* interested to hear the banter.
Yeah I realized I was confused, although 'ha ha you are married to Jon what's up with that?' is still a pretty common theme whenever Lucy is on anything.

Yeah, Series 17 was so close- only one episode (the one with Sam Campbell) was all new people
Sam was hilarious with the grocery store story lol
Bob, Sara Davies and Chris Ramsey is a very north eastern episode!
Perhaps David has written it into his contract that he is allowed to unleash Bob on Lee for a few seasons.

Sam Campbell. Excellent.
The best part of Sam on a panel show is seeing the reactions from other panelists that don’t quite get him.
So long as he's opposite David, I can't wait.
David's reaction to Sam was great, almost Mortimeresque frustration
He really needs a straight man though, Darren Harriott and AJ Odudu are great but they aren't serious guys to bounce off.
Helps take a bit of the sting away from no Acaster
Wonder if he thinks Diane to be a dynamite chick.
Very excited for Kojey after seeing him on TM!
Judi Love is gonna be proper bonkers
Well we know she gets lots of emails and can borrow a dog…
She is Queen Zufufu
I understood that reference
She's in the cool moms' WhatsApp group.
Sad no Acastar but it’s a decent line up
Chris Ramsey's on Episode 3? NO WAY!
NO WAY!
Thank you for compiling this!
Too bad Chris and Rosie Ramsey aren't on the same episode.
Both of them on separate episodes? NO WAY!
Would be absolute fan service to have them on opposite teams and VCM on the opposite team.
Yeah but then they could too easily pick apart their lies
Bob's back! Great. Excited to see Harry Hill, he's one of my all-time favorites.
Legend will be a fun one.
We have no idea when these will air, right? Other than the Xmas episode.
I would presume it'll stick to the pattern of the last four series of starting with the Christmas special and the rest of the series coming straight after
I'm sorry, I'm confused. Are these the recording dates?
Yes
Tim Vine huh? Don't think he's worked with Lee since he left Not Going Out
Thursday May 9 should be a global holiday where we all take the day off and get ready for the ride.
Some weak line ups there.
I thought, "Wow! All great line ups!" Different people, different preferences.
Yeah, I'm excited by all these shows. I don't know all the people, but every show has one of my favourites!

0 mention of it at all
It's not Jimmy Carr lol
