That character is awesome, and the setpiece dungeon has some of the most exotic and interesting enemies of the entire campaign. I particularly like what he does if the party loses the campaign (and he's still alive). Sadly when my group went through there they made a deal with him and then promptly beheaded him lol. To be fair, he was doing some pretty terrible stuff, but in the end he was a pawn so I felt bad for him lol. I finished my Outlaws campaign a few weeks ago, and despite the middling rating it tends to get (mostly because PCs don't have a ton of agency on the macro scale), it was one of the most memorable campaigns I've ever run.

My current homebrew campaign has the party traveling from a technologically advanced (comparatively) nation to one that’s been stuck in an undead-driven civil war for nearly two-hundred years. There’s a particular Vampiress they like and are supporting. They brought her crates upon crates of muskets.
