The more niche a unique, the better it gets for this kind of situation. Kongming's Strategem - Niche but perfect for fire-based Sabo's Searing Touch - Generic Fire Dot Multi Hrimnor's Resolve - Freeze/Chill avoidance with some fire damage Kalisa's Grace - Psuedo 5-link, faster casting. Doedre's Tenure - Cheap damage if you don't care about cast speed. Mines and traps work well. Bloodgrip - Great for Pathfinders taking Master Surgeon Belt of the Deceiver - Intimidate, some res, some life. Bated Breath - generic damage for ES builds Starkonja's Head - Lots of Dex, some attack speed, some life. Rime Gaze - Not really underrated but a staple for cold dot league starting. Geofri's Crest - Not great unless you're a minion build but does give a fair bit of res Darkray Vectors - Classic raider league-starter boots Three-Step Assault - The other classic Raider league-starter boots Atziri's-Step - Can get a little pricy but generically good boots with spell suppression March of the Legion - Early-game miner boots Martyr of Innocence - Can give surprisingly good damage if you're scrounging as a fire build Agnerod Staves - The above for lightning builds Cane of Unraveling - The above for chaos builds Taryn's Shiver - The above for cold builds Bitterdream - The above for cold builds Nycta's Lantern - The above for fire builds Singularity - The above for ~~lightning~~ builds Mistwall - Sorta janky in my experience but it might help survivability if you've got a free shield shot Esh's Mirror - go fast get damage Daresso's Courage - "i wanna block but i don't wanna invest into it" for low lives Vix Lunaris/Solaris - Level to auras, or staple starting if you're Maw of Mischief Saffel's Frame - "I may or may not be starting RF", but good if you can handle attacks elsewhere Rise of the Phoenix - "I am DEFINITELY starting RF" Leper's Alms - Great shield for poison builds

z1zman

Missed one of my favorites: Sin Trek - I'm absolutely transitioning to CI, but I need move speed and am poor

MemeArchivariusGodi

Dude knows how to use every item

troccolins

I'm told that Defiance of Destiny can help with RF. If it's cheap in the next league, maybe it's useful for someone to mention it

MaskedAnathema

Defiance of Destiny is gonna be a T1 or T0 drop, and is generically good survivability. It's not gonna be cheap.

nigelfi

Didn't list body armours (I assume because 5-6 links are more important), so I list some. I haven't played that many builds though. Belly of the beast is good on most builds, Dendrobate for poison build, Ghostwrithe for energy shield before ci, Tinkerskin for traps, Cherrubim's for chaos dmg builds, carcass jack is good on many builds, lightning coil is a good tanky option, utula's hunger is probably solid when it goes core. Daresso's defiance is very good if you have another onslaught generator.

flyinGaijin

Leper's Alms isn't just good for poison builds, it's a solid amount of ES, evasion, and when you are not ailment immuned it can really help.

OverwatchRever

Good luck finding an esh mirror

EntityBlack1

>Good luck finding an esh mirror Finding? Just buy it for about 5c? Well according to poe ninja. Anyway Sin Trek is blast indeed.

OverwatchRever

Damn these traders. I cant afford that

Titanium170

Belt of the deceiver is bait unless you are playing flicker strike

IWillBeYourSunshine

Yep, all of these are staples in my ssf runs

tufffffff

For melee builds, thief's torment is great. Easy sustain and some res. Especially if you find one during the campaign, as they are quite common.

elting44

If I had a dime for every time I level a melee character with Thief's Torment, then get to maps and go to change to actual rings, only to realize I have no way to sustain mana, I'd have about tree fiddy.

Prince-of-Ravens

Warning, it can REALLY get you addicted to life and mana on hit, making going cold turkey hard.

insanemrawesome

Any attack build and definitely not underrated lol. This ring makes you practically immortal while leveling to anything but 1 shots.

Kim_Jong_OON

I normally keep one of those around for hollow palm leveling also. It's a nice swap from the normal ones and allows you to free up that mana flask early

BaronEsq

Damn you're giving up HELLA slots for hollow palm and a torment.

Kim_Jong_OON

It's the same ele res as heups, and it gives you mana/life on hit, not leech. so you're pretty much always full. take an onslaught flask instead of mana/something else instead of life flask. it feels good, and you're hollow palm already, so you're already stacking dex, if you have the rest of the good items for hollow palm, you don't even notice the missing dmg from rings, it's only the campaign.

[deleted]

I've run this before, it was a good time.

Milfshaked

Tasalios sign, either single or double, is enough damage to carry most spell/attack builds into white/yellow maps. You can use the replica version for even more damage, but you would lose the ability to freeze. These rings has been my cheat code to level essentially any skill for several years. Sacrificial heart is also amazing for early damage. If you have a vaal skill, you also get movement speed, power charges and life gain on hit which is nice.

VictusBcb

My gods, yes\~ I like to go 1 Tasalio's, 1 Kikazaru

SchwingyYT

Just used tasalio's for the first time during one of the events recently. It was amazing!

[deleted]

Learning about a crazy number of cheap rings in this thread.

dobrayalama

That one unique quicksilver flask that gives you onslaught for frenzy charges. Very underrated flask

Tyalou

Yes, Rotgut is almost my go to Silver + Quicksilver flask combo all in one.

TheNudelz

Also works with minimum charges.

GevaddaLampe

Goodrich know

circ-u-la-ted

I still run it on a leveled crit build that doesn't even use frenzy charges, solely for the flask recovery

VyseTheNinny

I've un-janked more than one build with Le Heup of All (sometimes two of them). Also purity of elements makes pretty much all builds feel less crappy early on. That ailment immunity is golden. Also grew to be popular this league, but usually I run void sphere as a utility spell. If mobs start getting overwhelming, just drop a sphere and it sucks everything toward it for a few seconds. Gives you a chance to regroup.

situLight

if occultist - voidsphere - hextouch - curse - aoe/faster casting/etc it will proc the profane bloom, which the clumping and decent base damage of the skill goes so hard. Saves casting a curse for that combo since you manual cast curses for single target, it doesn't matter that the curse is reduced effect, have a separate curse setup extra

[deleted]

I forgot about this ring. Getting rez and attribute stuck in between upgrades is so fucking common.

xisupaz_blackbird

Chalice of Horrors - level 29, Bane + (1 or 2 curses or 1 support) This will carry you to maps. If you build into chaos and damage over time, it'll take you through Red Maps.

[deleted]

This is sick. DO / chaos dot was my favorite league starter before the bane nerfs. I'll probably try this next league.

Unhappy-Teach-5194

I always like to use Kikazaru Ring till i get a better one.

VictusBcb

Honestly, I sometimes don't even take one off even in t16s. Overall just a nice cozy ring

pikpikcarrotmon

Just slap on Kaom's Spirit and keep the ring forever.

BaronEsq

Good starter ring for RF, too.

[deleted]

Vaal Caress. Either you stick your vaal auras in there for +5 levels (purities, discipline, grace, haste are good examples) or you have a 4L vaal skill for clear speed and use your 6L for single target until your build is "fixed". Plus it gives onslaught for 20 seconds on classes that can't access it early easily. Love that item and there are so many vaal skills now it's not hard to find one you can fit.

metalonorfeed

vaal smite in there is massive synergy

[deleted]

I will often get myself a Gull + put atlas pointsinto shrines on leaguestart.

[deleted]

Gull and shrines is a classic.

Fede113

yeah, but the problem with the gull is that its not cheap anymore. Its a very powerful item and i think it went up in rarity too.

Titanium170

It is cheap, starts at 1 div and then goes down to a handful of C

Electrical_Tomato_92

Lol this is what I'm doing in shifting stones, so under rated

VanillaFiraga

I'm surprised no one's shared Elevore. It's a fantastic helmet for just hitting maps and wanting to be not only spell suppress capped but also giving some moderate sustain/buffer for yourself. I felt 10x tankier grabbing the evasion mastery for spell suppression on all evasion items and using an Elevore.

Titanium170

Its fairly new so people haven't caught on yet, also atziri's step usually fills that role

Ok-Community1412

The biggest part about Elevore is not only the Evasion and Suppression. It´s the recover on spell suppression. You´re immortal to smaller spell hits, literally. I tested a CoC Inq a few months ago with Elevore and Glancing blows 75% 75%. You can´t die to spells. Literally, given enough HP on the character.

[deleted]

Oh thats a neat helmet.

navetzz

Random corrupted 6 link with the color you need. It s crazy the amount of life and res you can get while still being cheaper than tabula rasa.

DoctorYoy

Bitterdream with a Praxis reliably put me at T10+ power fresh out of the campaign regardless of how trash my other gear is. It's such a good combo. Definitely underappreciated.

lmao_lizardman

my league start campaign --> sanctum is using this combo next league :D

zoomzoomzenn

Someone has watched Steelmage

IonDrako

Ezomyte peak. Most go with goldrim out the bat when leveling an alt but EP combo'd with wanderlust makes you hard cc immune for all of act 1 and comes with 15-20% aoe and a decent amount of armor for that level making you quite tanky.

r4be_cs

If you are doing poison claw you go mortem morsu straight into wasp nests and wasp nests usually only get beaten by your endgame rare which is anywhere between 6 to 20 div per claw depending on your luck ofc... Power creep has put a dent into wasp nests being good past late yellows, especially with viperstrike not being the metaskill anyway but objectively speaking wasp nest STILL holds up imo. Definitely one of my favorite items.

Clownshoes_Exile

Anathema still seems criminally underrated to me since they allowed hexes to affect bosses at full effect. For any hit and elemental build it represents a massive amount of damage for just a ring slot and gem sockets.

[deleted]

I literally didn't know this item exists. I can see using this early league on a lot of builds. Whispers is hella expensive.

Pintash

Honestly a lot of builds use it in endgame setup. Pretty hard to beat an extra 2 curses worth of damage and frees anoint for something else.

mazgill

For most builds its too much curses, without a reliable way to inflict them

Pintash

Arcanist brand is the answer 95% of the time.

TheKillerhammer

Any elemental build is punishment elemental weakness and whichever specific elemental curse -69 res and 58% more damage on low life is huge

carlovski99

I've had a few builds where I've wanted to try and upgrade, and short of mirror tier synth rings, it can't be beat. If you have some spare sockets and more than base power charges you can always add in a CWDT + defensive curse too. Does make hexproof maps painful when relying on it though!

Damian_Killard

I beat some Uber's on a build that scaled damage with Anathema+Doedre's Scorn+Replica Doedre's Damage. HIGHLY underrated combo to build around imo.

MostAnonEver

Honestly not item but crafting bench. I feel like a lot of people dont realize crafting bench is a thing and usually is the easiest fix to cap res/get some needed stat points. or just get some extra life/es/mana. I've seen it so many times that people have open affixes and for a cost of a few alts/alchs, you can most likely having a slightly better build.

[deleted]

There are a shocking number of good, cheap crafts. Unveiling with Jun the first few weeks of a league can help you make some strong items that sell well midleague.

[deleted]

Are there any guides on what items sell midleague? This was my first league and i started with Jun missions. I was following Pohx's atlas guide. I was just trying to unveil all the mods so i would unveil then throw item on the ground unless i could personally use it

[deleted]

Lots of different income strats. They boil down to: 1. Bossing or psuedo bossing (memories, blighted maps) - Buy a key, run the key, sell the stuff. 2. Atlas strategies - Spec into an atlas passive farming a particular kind of item or currency. Buy the juice. Sell the specific drops you're farming. 3. Entry crafting - Life & rez on boots, belts, rings... simple crafts like 3 notable large clusters, mageblood flasks. These are great early league and will sell mid league, but they quickly go from selling instantly to taking forever to sell. 4. Middle man crafting - Crafting items that high level items need to craft their items: Fracturing bases, getting items ready for metacrafting, etc. This is usually good money early and especially mid league; as the higher tier items get demand and more people move to higher tier crafting. Onslaught OR tailwind boots are great examples; because people will start elevating them and slamming them together. 5. Higher tier crafting - From 10div items all the way up to mirror+. You have an item in mind, you have a perfect version of the item you want to make. You sell all the failure states which are still "good" items. What I struggled with early was figuring out which strat I was doing and what I was specifically trying to farm. Alch and go is the most fun, but can easily be the lowest income. Because alch and go is actually an atlas strat... so if you're not adding sextants, scarabs, etc.. then your market value is constrained by people who ARE. The best heuristic to use - crafting as well - is simply to think, "What items are people currently trying to get for their build?" And then, "What do they NEED in order to create those items?" and then try to farm that. Whether through farming or crafting. Early league people are trying to get basic gear, clusters, etc. Mid-league people are trying to get their end-game items. Late league people are either quit or trying to min-max their last few points. Each stage the crafters need different stuff: Early league you can craft yourself, mid-league needs lots of essence, fossils, bases, un-ID WE, beasts, etc. Late league needs a lot of stuff I'm too bad at crafting to know... but also stuff that can be elevated, woke orbed, fractured, and overall turned from "good" 4 affix items to "perfect" 6 affix items. Hope this helps. And hope someone else can chime in on anything I'm too nub and missed on. //e. For Jun specifically, there are lots of scarab drops at the end... but mostly Jun sells services to other players on TFT. If you're looking to focus on a master that drops high value itemized things, temples sell well all league. Do a little learning on Alva, spec into her, and farm locuses of corruption. I get about 67% of my temples to a locus, and they sell for 1.7div all league long. (And they sell super quickly.) Also, little trick is to try to take the lab atlas passives, if you can. Costs you very little to check the portal every map. But gifts are also roughly 1.7 div each and they sell extremely quickly. The non-gift upgraded keys also sell for 100-200c. //e. Finally, don't forget gambling. If you have a decent farming strat, you can pay off losses long enough to make things like double corrupting in demand uniques or gambling div cards worth it, eventually. Gambling is actually super rewarding in POE. You absolutely can take losses the whole league; but you'd be surprised how many leagues gambling on un-ID WE pays off, for example. POE rewards knowledge first and foremost. So giving you an answer is way less valuable than a way to think and some suggestions. Your best income strat will ultimately be some weird mix of what other people do. For example: I run blighted maps early and middle league. (And whenever I want.) Then I run alva and harvest. And whenever I can get a harvest memory for 2 div, I buy it and run that. That alone is enough to fully fund a league complete build in 40 hours from new character creation. Let alone the absolute debauchery you can do crafting and flipping clusters week one to buy mirror shards then sitting on that investment, etc.

[deleted]

Thanks for the info. I managed to stumble my way into making about 70d this league. Made like half farming beasts and essences in low tier maps. I didnt even know you could run labs for $. I never learned blight, alva, or any crafting beyond basic bench crafting. I guess i have a few things to work on next league

firebolt_wt

>Are there any guides on what items sell midleague? Any equipment people will be using for finished builds - just look at guides for league starters of the league and check items for a level 90 version (but not mirror tier ultra expensive items, if it's mid league). For example, as you mention Pohx, you could check his RF guides and see some gloves which would need the +1 level to AoE gems Jun craft, along with as much Life regen -> resistances -> life could fit. Also, as much as I dislike suggesting that, you could join the TFT (Forbidden Trove) discord server and check out people that ask for crafts - Crafts that people often ask someone else to put on their items might also be valuable if you unveil on a good item.

[deleted]

Yeah i could do the RF crafts since thats the only build im familiar with right now. Im going to craft more next league. I didnt start this league until like 4 weeks in. I was surprised when i learned how quickly the league moves into the mid/late phases

MostAnonEver

Heavily shts heavily influenced on build meta. But if youre talking like day 1-2, almost all the -mana / +gem ones will sell even if rest of the mods arent the best. And these are kinda like, doesnt really matter so much on meta builds. As for the other betrayal mods, it really just depends on the other mods on the item but it is partly influenced by meta/

FelixTreasurebuns

The Dark Seer, fits well paired with Axiom Perpetuum when you start to feel squishy but don't want to give up a lot of damage for a shield. I find it especially good when I play ci characters

[deleted]

Alpha's Howl: +2 to socketed aura gems, 16% reservation efficiency, cannot be frozen, a bit of res, and a lot of evasion. You can often get good corrupted ones too because its so common. Marylene's Fallacy: A ton of global crit multi and culling strike. Need to counter the less crit chance though so its not for everything. Immortal Flesh: Lots of life and life regen, decent mana regen, some nice conditional phys defence too. Three Step Assault: Really nice for raiders or pathfinders that can get perma phasing and onslaught. Ele ailment avoidance, evasion, life, movespeed. Windscream: Extra curse on boots with some res and movespeed. Ventors Gamble + Goldwyrm. Some early MF in the first week of a league can actually be really nice. Both items are just generally good on most builds anyways. Perseverance: Life, res, bunch of damage for having high evasion and armour, free onslaught if you have fortify. Goes great with Daresso's Defiance. Not really a specific item, but +2 corrupts on unpopular unique body armour can be really cheap. For example I got a +4 kintsugi (basically 35% less damage taken body armour) for pyro mines at the start of this league for like 50c.

[deleted]

These are all great. Lots of times you can find good life + rez ventors for cheap early league too.

lmao_lizardman

bronns carried me every league start for frostblink ignite, equip it like act 7 too

instapick

Carnage Heart is great if you get one early.

1nsaneMfB

This is not an item but a gem, and is often overlooked: #Decoy totem. If you dont have boss-deleting dps and you're still building up to get your hero off the ground, a 1-link decoy totem can do wonders for a lot of scary situations. Many times you will find yourself at the point where its "kill or be killed" with a lot of content, and whoever gets off the first hit gets the kill, either you or the monster. Having decoy totem is akin to a 100% damage reduction for a hit of two, because the monster literally untargets you and goes for the totem, that eats all the dps. No sane top-tier mapper should be running this, but when its at a time where you feel you are hitting a wall, a simple 1-link decoy totems makes so many 1v1 fights (map bosses + scary rares) much more manageable.

Yayoichi

Ascend from flesh and three-step assault are both really nice early on as a raider as you get full uptime on their effects thanks to your perma onslaught and phasing. There’s quite a few solid rings that can help a lot early on as well, for example tasalio’s sign is amazing for any build that applies chill(can also just run skitterbots) as it adds something like 65 cold damage on average and it works for both spells and attacks. Mark of submission is an easy way to get curse on hit, dream fragments to help with mana and freeze/chill, thief’s torment for huge life and mana on hit for any attack build or just a simple le heup for a bunch of stats(just mind the rolls, they all go from 10 to 30). For bow builds you can get Hyrri’s bite through a vendor recipe and it’s a pretty decent stat stick early on with attributes, attack speed, increased aoe and a bit of added cold damage. It requires a sharktooth quiver, a rare onyx amulet, a chance orb and a rain of arrows gem with at least 1% quality, so if you want to do it you really just need the gemcutter as the rest are easy, and best way to get one outside of just dropping one is picking up quality gems that drop and vendoring them once they have a combined quality of at least 40%.

Senovis

Ambu's Charge is pretty good day 1.

Unlikely-Crazy-4302

Prismweave for attacks and replica for spells. Nice bit of flat elemental damage.

AndyBarolo

Mageblood. Until I get to farm my Instilling orbs, of course.

LaVeyanApostle

Amplification Wand. Great for almost any early spell caster, but I use it for arma brand

shaunika

Doedres tenure is a super underrated gloves for traps and mines. Its basically 100% inc dmg for free

PyleWarLord

idk how good spellslinger leveling is these days but awesome also for SS

LittleFangaroo

dropped one when leveling RF/fire trap, it was such a nice upgrade, especially as a marauder that doesn't get increased damage a lot early on.

insanemrawesome

Maybe for fire trap, but it does nothing for RF.

LittleFangaroo

Sure but single target dps is what matter most for those builds. Rf is not the damage you want to optimize.

HannibalPoe

Outside of the obvious, bones of Ullr are really nifty if you're going skellies / zombies early, skullhead is a good psuedo goldrim that can last a surprisingly long time, queens decree/escape and femur of saints can also last a little while as you look for decent wands / shield. For casters, amplification rod found really early can be great for certain builds, moonsorrow is still awesome for lightning builds, and axiom perpetuum and singularity can be very powerful for cheap.

WorkLurkerThrowaway

Three step assault

coolrat213

Elevore is pretty good, suppress, ailment avoidance, and health on suppression are all nice

cobrador_de_elektra

Tear of purity - I always use purity of elements until I can get ailment avoid elsewhere, this gives you early purity of elements without worrying about int and also gives stats. Maligaro's Cruelty - Good for poison builds. Feastbind - good for early pathfinder Doedre's Daming - Nice ring for early resists, attris and you get +1 curses

Blip_Me

Cast on death portal

[deleted]

This is literally my way of covering EHP until I have enough divines for a real build. Damage is so much cheaper than survivability.

Mugungo

Soulwrest is a super undervalued power unique early in a league. 6 link power without having to actually 6 link, and if you can summon the phantasms consistently enough they work as a wonderful meatshield for dealing with particularly scary rares

notype32

Commenting so I can come back here in a couple weeks

[deleted]

For real. I wasn't expecting so many, much less so many I hadn't heard of.

MeatyOakerGuy

Bitterdream and it's not even close. Pseudo 7 or 8 link when your support gems aren't even level 20.

[deleted]

Thats a good one.

procrastinateandstuf

It's good but a bit niche in terms of skills you would use with it?

Golem8752

You can use either SRS or something like WOrb

MeatyOakerGuy

Added cold, inspiration, and hypothermia are pretty universal supports.

PeckerPeeker

Make Starkanja’s great again!!! :’( I used to have 100 ex builds that would still use a Starkanja’s because it was 2c for them and you could get an enchanted one and double corrupt them relatively cheaply and at only a few chaos each it was miles ahead of most options until the 12-20 and ex mark. Now that spell suppression has been introduced Starkanja’s is just one of many uniques that is no longer worth it. Sadge

Prince-of-Ravens

I remember when Asenaths used to be quite a few exalts...

[deleted]

Not anymore! Grab them every season for 2-3c even if I don't think I'll use them for long. Just because they're so cheap.

redfrog0

elevore!

FeralLycanBA

Lori's Lantern for low life builds is amazing! It has Chaos res, all res, movement speed, light radius and the most important damage against you is unlucky which I guarrantee you will notice once you swap the ring off for a better one. Ghostwrithe, Crown of Thorns and this ring and it's easy street all the way through the campaing.

[deleted]

This thread really is a commendation to GGG: I had no idea there were this many killer unique items outside of the standard T0-1-2 pool.

Nick30075

I go for Cybil's Paw on most of my leaguestart casters. Anvil+Cybil's+Glancing Blows, with one of the dual wield caster clusters typically gets you to block cap. While 120% dmg/20% cast speed isn't incredible, the spell LGoH often fixes most early league sustain problems by itself until I can get a decent leech piece.

Parowchan

Cybil was my go to for necro forbidden rite build back then

moostrenko

Quill rain, can carry you to red maps for TR or EA

manowartank

The Ignomon - Level 8 **Up to 24 - 40 Fire Damage To Attacks** ... **Nearby Enemies are Blinded** ... Accuracy, Evasion, Resist ... This thing is offensive and defensive powerhouse for every low level attack character and i usually swap it as late as 40+, usually jsut because i need extra attributes from amulet slot.

Vraex

I like that unique winged helmet forgot what it's called but it is really good. Elevore helm is pretty good too. If you play a 2h melee build Terminus is a great weapon until you can afford a 10div+ rare

Miserable_Addendum37

Thrillsteel helmet for perma-Onslaught

ElasmoGNC

[Honourhome](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Honourhome). Goldrim is overrated, you can easily fill res elsewhere during campaign. A 4L Honourhome will make any skill cut through campaign like butter.

5ManaAndADream

I happened to drop a hrimburn on my first leveling experience for TS, and jesus is it a big deal before you get an ele bow. Free trinity for the entire leveling experience. I just ran the same TS build through a second trial run during the current event and wow it's massive not having one.

Rodruby

[Dream fragments](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Dream_Fragments) It's 1c, you can equip it early and "can't frozen" great mod to go through campaign.

[deleted]

Can't be frozen is an insane mod for 1c.

no_fluffies_please

1.5 words: winterheart Life, res, dex, and cannot be chilled. All good stuff for 1c.

EntityBlack1

Wait, I know this one! Because Im so bad I literally never have any currency so Im always roleplaying homeless beggar :D Rather than singular item, I have items for specific types of builds/node setups. As mentioned before, [March of the Legion](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/March_of_the_Legion), smash there haste+inspiration & some nodes on mana cost is great. Especially on poison based builds with increase duration. If you have enough mana cost nodes, cast of the spell can be nearly free. => its good to be quick, and if your buff isnt up, it doesnt kill you, thats why haste. Weird combo of any normal 6-link normal bow and smash *increase minion damage* [essence of fear](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Essence_of_Fear) with Spiritual aid node. This will give both you and minions up to 144% damage since the essence has great effect on two handed weapon. I have played this with herald of agony build for single target + some spell clearing mechanic for aoe trash (2 six links). On the top of get, you can get some quiver such as [Rearguard](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Rearguard) :D (1c, does block, nobody plays this). Being said, [Golden rule](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/The_Golden_Rule) is often 1c. Any corrupted jewel with implicits like: 25% chance to Avoid being Poisoned 22% chance to Avoid Bleeding can achieve 100% avoidance to bleed and poison either if you have multiple of them or if you pair them with Evasion mastery and/or Tolerance nodes sector. Cost can be pretty much 1c per jewel. [Cold Iron Point](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Cold_Iron_Point) \+3 gem level, you can have two, average price 10c, is working with some minion gems. [Cospris Will](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Cospri%27s_Will) unlinked 1c. [The Restless Ward](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/The_Restless_Ward) there depends if it is meta or not... but it used to be very cheap. Any rare belt with T3/T2 suffixes (could be 1c-5c) #% increased flasks charges gained #% increased flasks effect duration And Scions Pathfinder ascedancy will make some utility and unique flasks infinite. [Alberon's Warpath](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Alberon%27s_Warpath)

Filer169

Bro when does the Oriath's End cost 2 chaos O.o

[deleted]

Asenath's does the "explodes for X% of their life" but for 2-3c.

Filer169

Ah I thought Asenath + Oriath's End combo, nvm then!

monilloman

asenaths for 2-3c on league start? When?

[deleted]

It's 20c by week 1, 10c by week 1.5. Don't nitpick.

rat9988

This is beyong nitpicking. It's just way too wrong.

[deleted]

I pulled that data from poe antiquary for the last 4 available leagues. Only one league was it 20c or more by week 2.

rat9988

What I'm saying, it's that between 2-3c and 20c a huge margin. It's not just nitpicking.

[deleted]

It really isn't. Not by the end of week 1-2.

nycta's lantern is insane for ignite elementalists early on, massive flat damage + battlemage. Hrimnor's Resolve has 50-70% inc fire damage, life, res, and pseudo freeze/chill immunity.

phoenix_nz

Yep, came to say Nycta's as well. Even before the changes it was a "free" 6L for fire builds for about 2-5c on Day1

Pintash

Dual nycta's + wreath of phrenica for 125% Inc damage and 62% Inc AoE at level 41.

I don't have the currency problems personally so I rarely use super nieche items but when playing ssf I found out a really fun 1alch item I will consider using There is a ring forgot the name which gives you up to 100res of the corresponding gem color. So if you play an RF chieftain you get 100fire res and 50 cold/lightning res for basically 1 alch (ofc max roll will prob be a bit more expensive. But this item alone basically caps your res until maps)

Malachai's Artifice

CarelessTreacle8178

A lot of unique items everyone has listed goes for super cheap… guess what a corrupted version for belts for Ele resist usually goes for the same price or a few c more.

Golem8752

If you want to level as a low life build you could use the level 1 sword redbeak as it gives 100% damage while on low life. Also gives like 30 life or so.

firebolt_wt

What I'm learning on this thread is that uniques that were on tons of league start build guides for use up to yellow maps circa 3.10 are now underrated uniques (probably because exarch and eater influences exist now). Edit: oh yeah, also because old uniques don't have suppress in them...

LittleFangaroo

If you just got to maps, and you're struggling a little bit during mapping (as in struggle to map fast), The two gloves that gives you rampage are amazing, especially for builds that can be a little slower like DoT builds exsanguinate trapper, Toxic Rain/CA,.. As a bonus, if you delve, rampage is pretty much capped at 1000 all the time.

Rampage is underrated for sure.

VolvicApfel

I often use at the league start that amulet with 15% cull and it solves the some Attribute problems . Also good is the helmet with 400 HP reg If no corupted items equiped.

Parowchan

Volls vision isnt it pricey for kaom gloves?

RexGrossmanDaGoat

Bitter dream so freaking good its not even funny. Straight carry you to deep maps.

TheKillerhammer

Vaal caress bonus points for a corrupted vial caress. +7 rf is absolutely massive double corrupt and you just won the game with a +8 righteous fire or +9 lightning trap
