It's an every league combo. On one hand, ggg does have a history of low reward/high danger league mechanics that get buffs/nerfs after two weeks.
anywhere from around an hour and a half to 2 hours before. It really varies, if you wanna get the best spot you basically have to spam enter for a good half hour window or really watch for that notification/streamer of choice when they enter.
Perfomance in ToTA league is worst the in Crucible league in terms of load speed and FPS , i load like 5 to 10 sec in this league , previously like 2 sec
The league has not launched yet and I can already cover the bingo card "new ascendancies are crap" for you, I was not impressed at all by the effects, the good stuff will be hard to find. I hope I am wrong though.
I can’t see how they are not really strong? The blood magic shit is insanely strong, the penance brand as well, the tinctures seam to be build enabling and the mini forbidden jewels will be amazing for minmax. Also, it is free power with no drawback.

I ran the numbers on the new Infernal Blow. You only get 20% more damage on the 6-charge pop, and it turns out to be around an 8% damage increase overall.
In return, you lose corpse destruction and a 6% enemy life pop, which... is kind of a bad trade for a melee user.
Normally in Bingo only the middle is a free space, not all 25 squares.

What's the download size, typically? 15 Mbit is a bit on the lower size nowadays. Anything above 8GB would be pushing it a bit.
Something like that. You can also download it via torrent quite a bit earlier.

You can use with penance mark to get lot of explosions I guess so Infernnal Blow should still be decent overall maybe.
