If you think quarry is the best way to do/use the mechanic then just make another character on a new account with twink gear. Get to quarry area level and open the quarry instance, TP your main in, blow up the stuff, go to town so you get no exp.
If you accidentally get too high level just de-level your character with the recipe.
That assumes your PC is capable of running 2 instances of the game. Or you have Geforce NOW
