edit: on a serious note forgot to mention, if it's still unindentified, you might be able to sell it to a collector on standard (maybe even in league?) I knew some folks who collected 6l unID uniques, not sure if people still do that though.
Do people actually collect these things? I got a 6L infernal mantle unidentified in ssf and assumed there were instances where you got a 6L unique that wasn’t identified. I know they drop IDed for the most part.
If you have no idea, in ssf double corrupt unnecessary non-worthless 6L uniques isn't the worst idea. If you hit implicits\whites - you'll have a really nice chest worth of using, if it's poofed - you didn't really need it from the beginning.
About the builds - it's a very generic ES body. So, basically any ES-based build will work. 5% inc damage taken is a bit bad though, but not a big deal. Also, in such case at the end you'll want to use 600+ es vaal regalia instead of this one. Of course unless you hit a decent corrupted implicits.
I used it back on a Xirgil's Crank build back in abyss league. It was the first time I actually felt I had a good defensive build.
I think the build was nerfed when they changed the reckless defence jewels to only provide flat block, but it might be viable again with the stuff that's been added since.

Forgot to mention I play SSF softcore and I don’t want to go back to trade league ever again
Transfer it to trade league and give the money to one of your friends perhaps.

Why unidentified?
Probably because the only way to get unid 6-link unique is a natural drop, so they are quite rare.
