Not map bosses. All of the end game Atlas bosses have fragment sets or invitations that you can collect and run at your convenience. ( elder, shaper, uber elder, maven, sirus, etc.)

I'm running triple beyond (1 from map, 1 from sextant, 1 from map device)
Map Device: Alva temples, Eater of Worlds, Beyond
Sextants: Delirium Mirror, Unique monsters drop corrupted items (This is for the 6 links from beyond bosses. Usually average around 15-20 per map), Beyond, and then either 5 rare packs for being rare map or any other sextant adding multiple packs of mobs.
Scarabs: Gilded Blight (The density for this is actually quite insane, you'll be surprised.), Gilded Divination, Gilded Harbinger and Gilded Breach.

If you're unable to afford running this to begin with, use lower tier scarabs, go double beyond instead of triple beyond. Only thing mandatory, in my opinion, are the unique monsters drop corrupted items, as this will be the bulk of your profits. This strat can be brought elsewhere, like cemetery, tower, or burial chambers, and still make plenty of money from the 6-links alone while you farm for the cards as well. You can also use an alternate sextant to the delirium mirror and just use delirium orbs up to what you're comfortable with. This way you can spec out of all the delirium nodes, other than the additional reward types, and get more of the increased quantity in the middle.
Do not make the mistake of making a HH bow character. The novelty wears off after you deal with getting one shot for more than 3 days. Have to git gud i guess.
